We are always excited to bring back Mostly Dead, our single hop Nelson DIPA. As with the rest of the series, this very simple grain bill is crushed with kettle hops, which in this case, Nelson Sauvin makes this beer smell like Fruit Loops in the kettle. As the beer matures, we dry hop it twice with only Nelson, which transforms the beer into an interplay of earthy sweet resin and overripe fruit. Don’t drink too many, Miracle Max nor Dr. Frankenstein will be around to cure your hangover in the morning.
