LEGEND

Hoppy Lager - 5.5%  Alternate Ending × Troon Brewing

A diabolical anniversary collaboration with our friends at Troon Brewing. LEGEND is built on a foundation of heirloom German malts, put through a single decoction mash for added depth, complexity, and a rich, bready malt character. Then we threw subtlety straight into the fire. Hopped to the absolute gills with Eggers Hops Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, delivering an onslaught of pungent passion fruit, ripe gooseberry, fresh lime zest, and dank tropical aromatics. Fermented cold and lagered for a crisp, clean finish that lets the hops run wild.
