Return Policy

RETURNS 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email info@aebeer.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA. 

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aebeer.com. 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for a refund. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
Exchanges are permitted on clothing only. If you order an item of clothing that doesn't fit correctly, we will exchange it for a new size, as long as the item hasn't been worn and is in the same condition that you received it. To initiate an exchange, please email info@aebeer.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

DAMAGES
If you receive an item such as glassware that is broken, defective or damaged, please email info@aebeer.com immediately so we can send you a replacement. Please let us know of any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. 


SHIPPING 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can also return your item in the taproom to save shipping fees.

When shipping items back, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Scott's plans for a production brewery quickly evolved into a different model. In addition to craft beer, Scott wanted to offer a full bar, delicious menu, throwback movies, and an overall experience to his guests.

All of our signature craft beer is brewed on location with a state-of-the-art brewhouse, and our specialty beers include Juicy IPA, traditional lagers, oatmeal stouts, and delicate mixed cultures.

Scott partnered with Talula’s of Asbury Park to provide a casual yet vibrant menu centered around sourdough square pizza pies and thin-crust round bar pies, which are perfect for pairing with beer. We also offer a variety of non-pizza dishes including free-range chicken wings, seasonal salads, gourmet burgers and sandwiches, delicious entrées, and housemade desserts.

Our handcrafted cocktail menu incorporates fresh juices, house-made hop-infused syrups, shrubs and herbal tonics, and will feature a variety of cocktails, some barrel-aged and on tap.

Locals will always remember the movie theater on Rt. 34. Scott grew up going to this theater, and it was important to him to preserve much of that nostalgia, while recreating the space into a family-friendly neighborhood destination.
