For the first time ever, we bring to you The Royal Brett in a can! This Brett Pils starts as a The Royal Rug and then is racked into a chardonnay puncheon for a secondary fermentation with our house Brettanomyces solera. It spends 6-10 months in the puncheon developing its character over time. The result is a very complex lager that is both delicate and rustic with notes of lemon pith and toasted grain, but it’s not over the line!
