We created this light Mexican lager as the perfect spring / summer beer. The grain bill contains about 20% corn which gives it a pleasant sweetness that is complemented with Motueka for that lemon/lime twang. Like all of our lagers, we give it as much time as it needs, which is usually around 8 weeks in the fermenter.
The can label
While the original idea for this can label was a hysterical shadow concept, we just loved the vintage nature of Amity Beer, so we decided to go in that retro direction.
Best light lager I've had. Ever.Beer Broadcast
Clear, pale golden color with a nice, fizzy foam of bright white head. Grain, corn, a little grass. Mild citrus. Clean, light...very light and crushable, but with some flavor too.RateBeer.com
