Mando With No Name
Belgian IPA
This beer was inspired by Alt Ender #70 Greg, who worked with Brendan, Scott, and Steve on conceptualizing the beer and label, brewing it, and canning it. For this beer we brought several styles together, including character from the Belgian yeast, classic American hops, and the haze that everyone digs in modern IPA. We also used all Proximity malt from Delaware for the grist. Proximity Pilsner, Vienna & Wheat malts created a great backbone for the yeast to work on.
