This beautiful stout has evolved since we first brewed it in October 2020. With the addition of the magical Amburana wood from Brazil, which provides a wonderful gingerbread quality, this Oatmeal Stout has so much complexity to it, especially for a low-abv stout.

Subdued, sweet, candyish aroma. Pours dark reddish-brown. Sweet, faint coffee and chocolate flavors. Well finished, with no off-flavors. Very drinkable, with relatively low 5.6% ABV. Clean finish.
