We needed a special hop for such a significant beer, so we waited until the right one fell into our laps, Riwaka. You all know how much we love NZ hops at AE, so this New Zealand DDH beer really explodes on your palette with straight up tropical juicy notes!

It was only a matter of time until we used perhaps the greatest line from The Princess Bride, “As You Wish” - which the farm boy would say to Princess Buttercup instead of saying “I love you” whenever she demanded a task be done. But What If Westley fell through the sand in the fire swamp and emerged into the Labrynth as The Goblin King?
